add subs in a wmv file

Hello there,

ik have a couple of WMVHD movies on my hard disc only they have no subs in them. Is there a way to give the wmv file a hard subtitle. I play the files on my xbox so I don`t have a prog that loads the subs. The subs has to be converted into the movie.

Hi!

Since you've stated that these are "movies" and not trailers, I presume you have your original, commercial WMVHD DVDs.

Perhaps I'm misunderstanding something but, is there any reason you can't simply play your original DVDs?

Yes you misunderstood,

i have a movie converted in wmvhd. i can`t play the wmvhd disc because i don`t have it. I got the file from a friend in america over the net. But the files don`t contain any subs and i want dutch subs with them. Do I have to reconvert the file or is there any way to merge them?
