Hi ! :)
I've an original DVD who have an image who's skipping during all the movie. It's probably unnoticeable on a 4/3 TV but I've a 16/9 42" Plasma TV and it's a bit uncomfortable.
Is it possible to fix this with DVD rebuilder ?
The videobitrate is 4,222 Mbps if this can help.
Thanks in advance for your help. :thanks:

I don't think DVD-RB can help you, at least not alone.
What do you mean by skipping? You can help us help you by cutting a sample from a scene where this phenomenon occurs. You can do that by opening the VOB in DGIndex, marking an area to extract with the buttons in the bottom right corner and then choosing Save project and demux video from the File menu. You'll then get an m2v file which you should upload somewhere and post the link here.

Look the black bands on the top and at the bottom to see the 'skipping'.
Thanks. :)

Sorry, but I downloaded the video, and I don't see the "skipping". Can you describe it?

Trim the borders a couple of pixels and I don't thing you'll notice it.

Look the black bands on the top and at the bottom carefully and you'll see it.
The image is 'jumping' constantly. I agree that it's hard to see it on a computer screen but it's a bit uncomfortable on a 42" plasma TV.

You could try using the following lines in the Filter Editor:
Crop(28,82,-10,-84,true)
AddBorders(28,82,10,84)

Just click on Options in DVDRB and click on Filter Editor.
Also, please do not bump your posts.

AddBorders(28,82,10,84)
Or better yet, use
Crop(28,82,-10,-84,true)
AddBorders(22,82,16,84)
It'll center the image a bit and also use a 16-pixel border on the right side which is optimal for encoding.

If the source is a DVD-5 and DVD-RB warns you that it will already fit, you also need to click on "Force Reencoding (for filters" under the "MODE" menu.
