MPC and spdif

Hello,

i connected my Soundcard over the spdif digital output with my decoderstation.

If i play a DVD with PowerDVD the Sound comes correct out off my Surround System.

In MPC it doesn't work. The Sound stops every milisecond, it doesn't play well.

In MPC i select the "Digital Audioschnittstelle ( Soundblaster Live... )". Sorry for german expression.

But that doesn't work.

What can i do to get the sound work with MPC and spdif?

In the MPC Options, at Internal Filters, have you disabled AC3 and DTS? Or have you double-clicked them and checked the right boxes to make sure it uses SPDIF? (only have to double-click one of them, it's the same menu for all).

Also, if you're using ffdshow, you might wanna go to AC3 and DTS there and make sure they are set to use SPDIF as well.

If you've done this, and it still works, I have no idea, sorry :/

Now, my PC is ready :)

But if i try to play a Video file with mp3 sound, how can i get it through spdif?
