I'm trying to demux the subtitles out of my Nero mp4 encoded files and convert them to .smi
I am using Yamb 2.0 to extract the subtitle and it creates an .idx and .sub files.
Then I open that with Subresync. This is where I am having issues.
Almost every character is touching each other so it is taking me about the same time to OCR the subtitles for a movie than the length of the movie actually is.

I tried to move the slider for space detection sensitivity, but I get the same results.
Is there a better way to do this?

The reason I need them in an external file and in .smi format is that the media center software I use(SageTV) will only accept .smi for subtitles....
