Making MeGUI muxing (existing) Audio and Video after Video-Encoding?

Hi

Probably I just don't see it but I havent figured out how to script MeGUI to multiplex exisiting (not (re)encoded) Audio files after encoding the Video. Am I missing something?

Sure, look in the tools menu under 'muxer'
