View Full Version : Embedded subtitles in MP4 - How to play in linux?
Hi,
I am sorry if this is well known but I have been searching for the answer. I am ripping all my DVD's to mp4. I am muxing in subtitles as ttxt into the mp4 file to create mp4 compliant files. I can get these to playback fine in windows and display the subtitles correctly but I cannot get the subtitles to display under linux. I have tried both xine and mplayer gui.
Any help on displaying embedded ttxt subtitles in mp4 in linux would be much apreciated.
Thanks
Gusar
