Use all cpu on Xeon 8 core

Hi all,
How can I force meGui / x264 to use all the cou resources, I tried manually puttin threads oprion in x264 to 8 but the cou usage is around 30% only.

try using 12 threads or threads=auto options (which is equivalent to setting threads to 0 in megui)
