HCenc: Avisynth.dll NOT loaded

Hi all!

HCenc loads the file and then says this:

AVS file opened, Avisynth.dll NOT loaded

AviSynth is installed, the .dll is up to date with the current version and HCenc recognizes the correct version :/

any one can solve the problem?

perhaps ..Reinstall avisynth
