sonic scenarist 4.1 menu's

hi all
I need i a bit of help with the menu creation of my projects!!
When i finshed my project everything looks ok in the simulation window, the highlights and action buttons are in the correct place.
But when i mux the project and play back with power dvd 7.3 the menu highlight and action buttons are not in the correct place, they are off to the left a little bit.

Source picture size? Aspect?
Project settings?

source picture size: 1440x1080
aspect: 16:9
project settings: 25fps, aspect 16:9, encoder type mpeg2(cant be changed)
video is h264 1440x1080

i also installed windvd 8 and the highlights where in the right place and they where aslo in the wrong place(both at the same time) and the first link started to play the video and the second link didnt play the next menu.

power dvd played both the video and the next menu i made, just the highlights where in the wrong place.

a warning to you, the hardware player not read 25fps project.

is that a pal or ntsc player that doesnt play 25fps??
