Using the help from lots of friends around here, I created my own personal way of transcoding files for the PSP under windows. I still like to use megui+x264 for maximum tweakability, but if I need to do a quick job, a BAT file just works and there's no need to install anything, just download, extract and run.

I'd like to hear your comments, and expecially let me know if it is appropriate to redistribute the binaries of ffmpeg/x264.
