information abt m2ts and evob

hello everybody this my first post so kindly direct me if this post is in the wrong forum and if already some post exists already.

well i have some questions reagarding m2ts and evob
what i understand is that m2ts is the container used by blue ray?
the container for hd dvd is evob?

h.264 in evob
h.264 in m2ts(from what i know bluray has not yet used codecs apart from mpeg2 to store media)
what direct show filters are required to demux and play these streams

and will these filters still work if the streams are read from the disks(i.e. hd dvd and blue ray).

(this is basically to test some direct show filter that i have with appropriate demuxers)
