Hello,
I have finally manged to record on DL disks.
Now I need a new DVD player.
One of my Toshiba's does not play them but the other one does.
Unfortunately, I hae to give that one back to a freind.
Can someone recommend a DVD player that can play these disks?
I can not find the site that lists which players can work with different types of media.
Most appreciated,
mr. panda

Hi!
1) Hopefully, you're using D/L Verbatim DVD+Rs
2) Does your burning procedure include (as it should) bitsetting?

Only use Verbatium thanks to this site.
But I just was reading about Imation DL's.
Any thoughts?
I have never heard of bitsetting.
Maybe this is my problem.
I only use Imgburn.

Did not find much from searching on Google.C'mon now. If you type the word "bitsetting", the very first link Google provides is the following:
http://www.k-probe.com/bitsetting-booktype-faq.php
Scroll down past all the white space...

Still sounds to me as if you've been spending too much time at the Cheese Factory opposite the park ;>}

I have no idea as to what this means.
This has nothing to do with the topic at hand.
Please explain?
Actually,
I hate the Cheese Factory and I spend quite lot of time at the park with my children.
What does this have to do with the Topic???

Nothing at all - just a little lighthearted banter to offset your search difficulties ;>}

OK,
If you would like to talk about restaurants and parks,
I would be more than pleased to do so on a more approprite form.
I know quite a lot about these two topics and have have some strong oppions as well.
Just went past the white space and the information that I am looking for is all there.
Taking some time to read it throughly so I can properely understand it.
But what did come to me this morning is that I was copying an Interactive disk onto Verbatium DL disk.
might this have anything to do with why it does not play on one of my DVD machines?
