Hello everyone! Great site. Congrats.

I have been searching all over the web for finding information on how to view blu-ray movies with custom subtitles as Greek is rarely included as a subtitle language. I know there is something for hd-dvd (which I'm using it and works fine) but I haven't seen anything for blu-ray. I keep reading that it is hard due to the structure of blu-ray. Will it be ever possible? Do you know if some people are working on something like that or should I give up hoping?

:thanks:

Yes, I know. :-)
TsRemux can insert a new subtitle stream to an existing m2ts.
The next version of SUPread will make subtitle stream (BD and HD DVD).
BDedit will edit the other files on BD.
You can listen to these threads about BD subtitles:

Thank you!

So, the only bit that seems to be missing is creating subs in a format ready to be combined to the ripped blu-ray?

hello
i'm also interested in this, since i'm portuguese and almost all movies don't have portuguese subtitles.
koutou, you said its already possible to do this in HD-DVD. Can you give me some instructions on this?

thanks

ruie, the only instructions set that i know of, is mine :D but it is in greeks :( . Anyway, you can try to translate it in english through net service and we will help you. It is easy and works good. We have over 80 movies (HDDVDs) with greek subs so far.

The instruction set is here (http://www.avclub.gr/forum/showthread.php?t=7891)
