Hello is there anyone there that can help me?
When i've used shrink to copy a film, the imformation is still stored within my computer.
And wheneve i place the original dvd back into the computer All the imformation comes back on view.
Is there a way of totally clearing this.
Even after binning the files of the film?:thanks:

Hi!

If you're OS is WinXP, the analysis files you're speaking of can be located at (and deleted from): Documents and Settings>>All Users>>Application Data>>DVD Shrink

if your interest/concern is keeping your box clean I'd suggest you'll have to dig alot deeper than your D&S folder. Do some research on your recent folder, mru's, index files, mft entry's, ect.
While i'm not to sure this forum is the place to discuss privacy/security issues or methods recent trends suggest it should be of concern to most
as far as shrink be aware that it also maintains some registry folders such as recent file list and recent targets and several mft entry's

@mc2man

Hi!

While some or all of what you state may or may not be correct (There are certainly no "MRU" files associated with, or created by, DVD Shrink), it is not really applicable to the specific question raised by "graham18852" regarding DVD Shrink:wheneve i place the original dvd back into the computer All the imformation comes back on view.
Is there a way of totally clearing this.which I've already answered...
