Possible to burn NTSC-Film VCD with Nero ? [Archive]

Dear forum,

Is that possible to use Nero to burn NTSC-Film (23.97fps) ?

In Nero VCD wizard there are only 2 options,
PAL or NTSC :(

Yes. Just choose NTSC, and if it complains about non-compatibility (which it shouldn't) just select "Turn off standar compatibility and continue".
