I suppose the title says it all. It seems the 2 main GUI's discussed here most frequently are best for re-encoding VOB's and other mpeg2-based video. Is there such a GUI that can encode with x264 for a portable device? I have several MKV's that have h.264 streams that I would like to resize for a portable device.

I'd like to get xvid4PSP working, but the app fails to even open on one Vista machine, and on the other, it sort of crashes when attempting to open a MKV. :thanks:

What's wrong with meGui? It has a PSP profile and can use mp4box for muxing.

MeGUI is certainly nice, but if a GUI exists that can simply take the AVC MKV file, without having to manually demux, and resize and encode to AVC into a portable size, that would be great. I know I'm probably expecting the world handed to me, but I suppose I'll have to humbly wait....
