PAL to NTSC (23.976) without reencoding

I have a bunch of 25 fps avi files a friend incorrectly encoded from a pal DVD. I would like to make it its native 23.976 without having to reencode. I've had some success with YAMB(mp4box) with forcing the framerate to 23.976 for the video, can't seem to get it to work for the audio. I guess reencoding the audio isn't a big deal, just wondering if there are any alternatives.

Audio can be done with reclock, but only during playback and only on windows.
