fix or cut evo file

[pasta03]

I have 2 files evo proceeding from HD-DVD
PEVOB_1.EVO (9GB) and PEVOB_2.EVO (10GB)

I want this compress to codec:
video: vc1 -> h264
audio: DD+ -> ac3

All I want placein the container mkv.

First I use EVOdemux 0.626b5.exe to get files:
mpv / mpa / sup

When I wanted convert DD+ to ac3 I used eac3to 1.4
Fist I remane
PEVOB_1_PEVOB_2.DD+.stream.00.mpa
to PEVOB_1_PEVOB_2.DD+.stream.00.ddp

then I use :
eac3to.exe PEVOB_1_PEVOB_2.DD+.stream.00.ddp output.ac3
but I only get error:

eac3to.exe [PEVOB_1_PEVOB_2.DD+.stream.00.ddp output.ac3
Parsing of Dolby Digital headers failed.

I arrived at this that in the first file evo (PEVOB_1.EVO) on itself beginning (the first second) is the error.

So I seek the programme or to the repair of the file evo
or cutter of the file evo (I write first and final MB)
