Converting matroska extracted subtitles into sami format

Is there a tool that converts an extracted matroska subtitle (.ass extension using mkvextract) into a sami subtitle file (needed for TCPMP)?

I searched the forum and didnt find anything. If theres anything that will help me please let me know.

Subtitle Workshop. You can extract with mkvextract and then convert the subtitle to .smi with this tool.
