I am unable to notice it why is it happening so! I've tried many other video files which successfully get added to my iPod 5.5G! But why not this one? Help!!!:)

The only problems I see is that your audio is >160 kbps that the ipod allows. You should encode at 128 kbps CONSTANT rate. Also, your 2nd and 3rd passes include an "analyze" function, which many claim is not working properly with the new firmware. Uncheck those four analyze features of the encoder. Do you have the newest firmware? Lastly, are you using the special NicMP4box build for itunes compatibility?

Why are you using 3 passes for the ipod? One pass at 700 kbps for a width of 320 is even overkill.

But if the analyze function works fine with the other files then why not this one?? I haven't manually typed that code there...that's what the GUI generated....ill try without that one as well..though!
I've got the latest firmware running..1.2.1..and I'm not using NicMP4Box separately to mux but the GUI does that as well...

and 3 passes coz...If I did 700 one pass the quality isn't appreciative enough....another reason is that I haven't had the time to try out on others...I'll give it a thought as well
