A friend of mine told me dvd2svcd shows the next message whrn running cce:
CCE ENCODING FAILED: ERROR VIDEOCHECKSUM IS DIFFERENT FROM THAT OF PREVIOUS PASS
SOURCE VIDEO DATO OR TIME MAY BE DIFFERENT
PLEASE CHECK VIDEOTAPE OR THE INFORMATION FILE.

Read the FAQ's the answer is in there you need the checksum patch applied to CCE which the link is also in there.. and second don't use caps its like your screaming and it is rude.
