Hey, i have tried reading threw some google pages, and stuff on how to add filters, i have managed to add some, i cant add it so it encodes at 23FPS or 25FPS
i cap hdtv, in a TS file, which is 59FPS, i have all my filters and stuff on staxrip, and i hate megui, so if anyone could help me, i would be thankful.
