H&B Divx Player

Please help me with choosing a DivX, Xvid player.

What's they mean with "MPEG-4"? Is that Divx, Xvid, right? And I don't know does it play subtitles also?

And how you think about this http://www.pixmania.co.uk/uk/uk/535322/art/quartek/hd-rip80-dvd-player.html ?

It plays Dvix and Xvid and I think subtitles also.
But their brand name are confusing the average Joe:
HD ???
HD-Rip80 ???
These names are nothing to do with HD (High Definition). They are cheating the consumers by confusing them.
Also from the official description: "you can enjoy high-definition pictures" Pictures? LOL.

I can't find anything about this H&B player "DX-3365 HD". No tests, no ratings, no any info on the official website, absolutly nothing. They also didn't answer to me.

Another one also has no info.
