EVO Seeking

Using the excellent Evodemux I have my hd-dvds stored as single evo files on my server.

While these play back ok in Windows Media Center, I find that seeking takes a long time. Judging by the drive activity on my server it looks like it is just reading through the file at high speed, rather than jumping to a new position.

Is this just a "feature" of playing evos, or is there a codec out there that can handle stepping through the file (I'm using the Sonic ones at the moment)
