DVD-R Copy

I create a DVD from my Tivo on my stand alone Pioneer 7000 DVD Recorder. It uses 4.596Gb of a 4.7Gb DVD-R. I am using about 1 hr and 30 min or so.

I then take this DVD-R over to my PC for duplication on my Pioneer A03 using Nero 5.5.6.4. Nero says there is not enough disk space available. WHY???? Is it a bug or are they writting header info???

I am using the exact same DVD-R blanks.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

could be something to do with how you are reading the size ie:

math 1k = 1000
computer 1k = 1024

therefore a 4.7mb disk is 4.3mb in math terms!
