Xbox 360 game disc playback

For playing xbox 360 game discs, does anyone know of a solution that will allow:
- Play/Pause
- Rewind and Fast-Forward
- Chapter Skip
The built in 360 "DVD" player has this functionality. I'm looking for this functionality in the media player that plays 360 discs. OXM discs, for example, have hd video clips on them and there is no current support for the above.
