app to extract multiple DVD titles 1-per-file

Is there any application that can read a DVD (or a DVD's directory structure copied to my hard disk) and extract multiple titles, producing one VOB file per title?

DVD Decrypter can do it, but only one title at a time. (in IFO mode with file splitting set to 'none')

Use DVDShrink in re-author mode. It creates one VTS per title, but still several VOB per VTS if the movie is > 1GB.
You can join the VOBs with the MS-DOS COPY command, or with VobMerge (http://www.evilmaster.tk/).
