i have a vhs tape i cannot burn to dvd. i've tried two different ways,,,with two different types of dvd burners(a sony dvd recorder and a sony burner).... no-can-do. i have it setup from vcr-dvd burner-tv. i thought maybe the vcr would decode and send the video out so i could burn. i was wrong.
is there a way to overcome this?
thanks

If you are referring to the Macrovision protection on the VHS tape, you need a Digital Video Stabilizer to remove the protection in between VHS OUT & DVD IN.
