How to delay a ac3 with mkvmerge?

Hi, i have made an encode, and its in a mkv with aac audio.
And i want to add ac3 audio, but in the encode i have trim the audio and video:
#Trim
Trim(20,161898)

And i have add to the mkv with the mkvmerge but the audio still the same. mkvmerge have anybug with ac3 or delay ac3?

Do i need to cut the audio or delay with another program?

well i have solve my problem... in the Trim the 20 is 20 frame and in the mkvmerge the delay is in ms, so... i have put -640ms and its work ^^
