how to get a subtitle out of h264 .ts ?

I need to get a subtitle out of a h264 .ts file, how can I do that ?

it should be some closed caption subtitles, try the tool ccextractor it should work.

PS : Else post a short sample of the .ts file.

I did it like it was suggested in the readme file, but the .srt file in the end was a 0 byte file (4 bytes for the .bin, 22 bytes for the .scc file) so it couldnt be opened of course.
maybe the prog does only work with mpeg2 HD streams ?

Have you tried projectX? It actually seems to work better on my HD ts's than on the SD ones. (short timings and the occasional missing line)
