No matter how I try, I simply can't figure out how to add a delay in a MP4. The tools so far I've used, are MEGui, and there picked NeroAAC and FAAC. None of them actually adds any delay, for whatever reason. However, if I specifically add a delay in MPC, it syncs without issue.
So, how can I add a delay to the AAC file, in some kind of step by step guide please :)?
Oh, btw, the source is AC3, delay needed is some 640 ms.
