LG's cheaper version DN191H compared to LG's LDA model might have this subtitle display problem, or is it my lack of knowledge on DVD player?
LG DN191H displays the DivX subtitles in SRT for a maximum each subtitle duration of 4 seconds. 4 seconds are ok for many fast conversation but... it is no good stupid for the song lyrics display or slow conversation.
My other LG DR1F9H(actually recorder) DivX player displays subtitles for all duration, I have no problem with it.
so is this 4 second display the upper limit for a certain DivX DVD player?
It is too late for me to get a refund for DN191H.
