The MeWiki says:
On the third page (RC & ME):
Set keyframe interval to ten times your framerate (which you got from DGIndex). Round up if the number is not an integer (whole number).
Set min GOP size to your framerate.
Ok, so my source is NTSC at 29.970, which is the framerate "from DGIndex".
However, the part of the script that MeGUI produces for IVTC/de-interlace reduces the framerate 23.976
SO, which framerate should I use for calculating Keyframe Interval and Min. GOP Size?
(300 and 30) or (240 and 24)?
Does it matter?
EDIT: DOH, never mind, I just found a previous thread discussing this.
Looks like I should go with 240 and 24.
