It's been years since VC1 came out, its been a year since i got my Sony HC3 HDV camera, and i still dont have/cant figure out tools to use to get my HDV videos in HD to a future hd-dvd compatible format on old DVD5/DVD9....
Whats so hard about having a program write hd-dvd structure using ifo/evo with VC1 files...
i waited patiently for 6 month for uleads movie factory 6 plus to come out...just to find out it DOESNT author vc1 video..only mpeg 2 which takes 15gb an hour...
what can i do? I have xbox hd-dvd drive and 100 hours of my videos that i'd like to burn in hd-dvd format to dvd9 disks in VC1 ( i plan on getting hd-dvd standalone soon) and still i dont see any tools that can do that. Y does ulead and roxio not have VC1 encoding in their tools, only mpeg?
