hi can any1 help please was installing some software and on reboot have lost dvd drives says can not load device drivers for this also says can not load device drivers for this nn5247a rnh705m scsi cdrom as well can any1 help please

If you're running WinXP (any version), as a first attempt at correction, do a "System Restore" back to the last time things were working properly...

You can do it in manual mode or just download the guided help file, self executable file that corrects the Win registry.
Don't forget to reboot your PC :p

One additional point, SCSI cables are notorious for loosening connections - there are even clamps sold for this specific problem. You might want to check to see that all of your cables are securely connected...
