Delayed Subpicture in Scenarist

I have very simple motion menu on a 30sec loop with a 3sec animation in the beginning. I want the highlight to appear after the 3 second animation.

I was told to give the first three seconds a blank highlight and then place a chapter, with the highlight when i want them to appear.

So far no luck.....Scenarist will preview the menu perfect....except when it finally formats there are no highlights when played on a set top player>

any suggestions.

Try to remove the blank subpicture, leave only the chapter at 3 sec and the menu subp starting at 3 sec. Pay attention that the subpicture really start at the same time of the chapter point.
