A couple of poblems using x264 rev. 645?

Can anyone tell me why megui crashes whenever I try to encode using rev. 645? Is it because I don't have sse3 capabilities? I have threads set to auto.

Also, does anyone know if it's possible to use this custom command line
--aq-strength 0.4 with x264 rev. 645?
I get this:
--aq-strength 0.4
successfully started encoding

Yes there are problems with build 645. When I run the exe it crashes after about 5 frames.

This optimized 644 build by Cef works great:
