[SOLVED] BeSweet not working?

Hello,

I'm trying to use BeSweet for the first time.
All I need to do is convert a PAL AC3 file (25fps) to a NTSC ac3 file (23,976fps).
I tried using the AC3 Machine, but also the Normal GUI and I even tried to make a script myself. But nothing helps.
BeSweet does totally nothing, when I use the GUIs a back window pops up for less than a second and then it disappears. No file is created or anything.
When I use my own script and enter it to CMD it just jumps to the next line. Also no file created.

I've no idea why this could be, I can't even post a log because it isn't created!

Does somebody possibly know what this could be?

I thought the I'd grab the stable package to make sure it's working properly but the beta was the solution.
