Chapters not working in any scenario...

Hi,

I am using meGUI, ChapterXtractor, and SubRip to convert my DVD collection to h264/mp4 files. I have tried using many other programs for muxing, but for some reason the chapters never are muxed in or would at least appear that way because they are not present in playback using Quicktime 7 or VLC player. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I use the ogg format for the txt chapter files.

Try using MPC, and click the chapter forward buttons on the bottom of the control panel. If they are solid and can be clicked, then you have chapters, but if they are greyed out then you don't have chapters.
I always found VLC to be finicky around chapter skipping. And I don't even want to try using Quicktime 7.
