Unknown amount of frames. CCE error?

Starnge CCE error I assume, I have been ripping along for a while now, and now all of a sudden when DVD2SVCD reaches the CCE part Iget the message:
Unknown amount of frames. FPS=2
Whatta heck is causing this?

Try start DVD2AVI, and load a vob file. Then go to the
video menu/Field Operation and make sure that "off" is selected, this should avoid any future errors like this. Is it a PAL movie you're converting?

Anyway, to be able to do a crash recovery open

DVD2AVI_PROJECT_FILE.d2v n notepad and

for PAL change: Frame_Rate=xxxxx to Frame_Rate=25000
for NTSC change: Frame_Rate=xxxxx to Frame_Rate=23976

Then try a Crash Recovery. Hope it works.

I followed the instructions you told me, with no success. Could it be becuase I'm doing NTSC->PAL conversion? Isn't there a preferences file I can delete? I'm using beta4 under Win98SE on a Athlon700.
