Hello and thanks for reading.

I want to turn some of my DVD Concerts into CD-Audio.

I have been looking for a guide or some automated freeware to do the job. By searching this forum, I found (after some struggle with this *beep* bot-protection) a link from LigH to a page (www.fr_An.de).

In other posts, I found reference to other tools and new front ends (like Besure), but no full guide. I also wonder if there is no "one click tool" for this job yet. I would think that DVD2SVCD's program could be modified to do that job just as well, since it demuxed audio and converted it and took chapter times...

So I wonder if there are any other guides or dedicated applications to this job: I supply the VOBS or the DVD, and I get a set of wavs, at 44.1 kHz, pcm audio?

Don't get me wrong, I don't ask anyone to tell me how to do it! If you find the time to write down an appropriate link, I'll be happy to read up on my own.

Thank you for your assistance!

Hi!

One approach would be:

Use DVD Decrypter stream processing in IFO mode
Select track and then select the 'Demux' radio button.
The resultant AC3 file can then be processed by BeSweet/BeLight (or similar) to convert to .WAV, .MP3, etc. format.

Maybe the Concert DVD already has a stereo PCM track? Then you could still use DVD Decrypter in IFO mode, but check "Convert PCM to WAV".
