autogk time ...

HI guys...i use autogk for put subtitles on the .avi file...when i start use autogk he needed 3 or 4 hours for make the job...but know he need around 10 or 12 hours...knows somebody why?...(i use the k-lite mega codec pack, the last version)

Please post your log-file so we can get some details.

Codec packs are bad, they screw things up. First thing to do would be to
- Uninstall codec pack, uninstall AGK, clean registry.
- Clean install AGK pack only and try again.
