corrupt folder

I downloaded ripit4me. It worked fine for a month. Now, it only downloads the previews before the movie. So I assumed it needed to be upgraded because the PC would tell me an update was available. I tried and it, the PC, tells me the compressed folder is corrupt or invalid? I tried uninstalling ripit4me and reinstalling the newer version (if there is one), it also says corrupt file. Please help, Thank You!
