ok.. so i updated mplayer on my intel mac (for some reason it refused to build on my ppc mac.. id be happy for an offer of help on this, but really this is not the real point of this post).
since i installed this new svn(22817) i've been unable to get so much as a smudge on the screen from any of the ODS elements.
this of course includes subs, but it also includes ods features (what pressing "o" is supposed to do) among other visual feedback.
im absolutely stumped. i traced my way back through svn version after svn version looking for one that had proper subs and didnt find it until they had no wmv support >.<.
i was wondering if there was something i was missing? maybe a known bug, a change necessary in the config, its really driving me up the wall.
