Nero Sync problem

I took a movie and encoded it using Nero Recode using the AVC-Statndard profile. The audio is out of sync with the video. So I took the same movie and used AutoMKV (using X264) and AutoGK (using XviD) and the audio was in sync. So it does not look like a ripping problem.

Any ideas or thoughts?

Which Nero version? Which movie?

It is the latest version I just downloaded yesterday.

But I played the movie on a second computer and the audio was in sync. So I though maybe the install of Nero Digital messed up ffdshow. So I downloaded the latest ffdshow installed it and now everything is in sync. I was using media player classic.
