Hi everyone, I am new to the DVD world. I am experienced with softwares and filetypes etc. I ran my own music studio so I am familiar with allot of this. Yet I have had no luck video burning.

Can somebody please tell me what is an easy software to use yet professional. I have done video editing in Vegas Video but that is as far as I can get. I have no clue how to burn it on DVD, how to encode it, how to compress it, what is the difference between mpeg 1,2,4 etc.? What filetypes are burnable?

Can anyone please help?

Hi!

Considering your stated present level of knowledge, I'd suggest you try using (freeware) "Flick DVD Creator" with one of your videos.

This program can accept a multitude of different (video and audio) file formats and, with a couple of mouseclicks, convert it to compliant DVD format and burn a DVD...

I only found "DVD Flick" is that the same one?

Do you have a link for it?

I'm sure that's the same program. As the folks around here are wont to say, "Google is your friend"...
