Nero ..stalling

my nero keeps stalling(elapsed time) and not for just a lil bit of time for like 2 hours when burning burning a dvd(transcoding and setting up menus) anyone have any idea why this could be happe:thanks: ning

Hi!

You are speaking of much more than just "burning" A DVD. You are referring to transcoding and creating menus.

1) Do you have a basis of comparison to know that your required time is excessive? (Perhaps a friend with a similar system, using the same software to convert the same file)

2) What is the type of file you are trying to convert?

3) Load the file into GSpot and post a screen capture back here

Water cooled Quad core overclocked to > 4G
4 x 10000 or 15000 RPM drives in Raid 0
& 2GB or > RAM
