Hello,
I use XP media center to record television shows (saved in DVR-MS format) and I would like to get these shows onto DVD.
I have Nero with Nero Vision 4 that will let me put the DVR-MS files onto DVDs but the results are never consistent, sometimes the file transcodes perfectly onto DVD and other times the image on the show will jump around on the screen.
In one attempt to get around this problem, I have used the DVRMSTollbox program to convert my DVR-MS files into MPEGs, and this program produces good MPEG copies of the DVR-MS files. When I put these onto a DVD (through Nero Vision) the video is consistently good but the audio will lag behind the video by a second or so. This lag is constant and not a lag that develops over time.
Does any one have any suggestions on how I can remove the audio lag when using MPEGs or how I can get the DVR_MS files to consistently transfer over smoothly.
Thanks.
