Hello,
I would like to encode flv files using FFMEG. I made a batch file, fully working, but it's the first time I use FFMPEG and I guess I made a

Do you want to encode files to flv ? or encode flv files to something else ?
Encoding flv files to something else is as easy as encoding any other source format (though ffmpeg's command-line syntax is a bit wierd, I'm with you on that point).
I've just checked the "ffmpeg -formats" output, and ffmpeg supports encoding & decoding flv, but dunno how advanced the flv encoding support is though ...
Dunno what you wanted to ask either because you didn't finish writing your post :p So I'll suppose the "working" batch actually encodes the files but the output is somewhat b0rked, just as if you had forgotten some switches ?
How about posting some of the command-lines you used so we can have a look ?
