Each DVD structure presented below in Case 1 & 2 has 12 titles.
I have edited (cut out commercials) in VOB files marked with **.
Is it possible to edit IFO files for each case to maintain original menu?
If so, where can I find the answer how to do it? Thanks.

Not sure what you're trying to do but both PgcEdit (http://www.videohelp.com/~r0lZ/pgcedit/index.html) and DVD Remake Pro (http://www.dimadsoft.com/dvdremakepro/index.php) have powerful menu editing functions.

To preserve menus while blanking unwanted stuff and simultaneously updating VOBs and IFOs, VobBlanker (http://jsoto.posunplugged.com/vobblanker.htm) is a very useful tool.

I have edited (cut out commercials) in VOB files marked with **.You can't edit the VOBs separately! All the IFO, BUP and VOB files must be modified when you cut out some part of a movie. It is probably better to restore your original files, and to cut out the commercials with VobBlanker.

Thank you very much for your suggestion. I think it would be the right way to do it.
